After the ink is added, it will go through the ink supply system of the inkjet printer, and finally there will be nozzles ejected, so we must ensure that these accessories are also food-grade after installation. In addition, maintenance filtering and operating specifications during maintenance must also reach the technological level of food processing.

2. Inkjet printer consumables with uncertain safety refers to the secondary pollution caused by penetrating into packaging objects, which may cause secondary pollution to food, beverages, medicines, etc.

This is one of the problems that should be noticed in the standard. At this time, we need a relative data to accurately judge whether it is safe. This ruler is not only needed by printer manufacturers and ink manufacturers. The detailed understanding and compliance should be familiar to its direct customers, that is, food production enterprises.

Three, this security is relative rather than absolute.

In addition to ink safety data processing, the scope of application of safety standards also needs to be clarified. For example, beer bottles and outer packaging boxes do not need to be too strong for the safety of their inkjet inks. Their safety requirements for inks are far less stringent than that of food products such as eggs.

Fourth, in the end, a supervisory agency and system is needed to effectively play a supervisory role.

I don’t know how many people in our industry have carefully studied and understood the differences and regulations of the European Union regarding coding ink. In some international standards such as EUPIA (European Printing Association) and CEPE (European Coating, Ink and Pigment Industry Committee), inkjet inks have strict regulations on food labeling. Everyone's vision is not only in China, if we want to go abroad, our technology is bound to be reviewed by the world. Then why don't we take a step first, confirm our own standards and strictly implement them, and win the recognition of the world with perfect and mature technology.
