However, because the workpiece to be processed is coded on the cylindrical surface (take the Φ5×5.4mm cylindrical product as an example), when the workpiece is moved from the conveying chute to the conveyor belt, the workpiece will be shaken due to the conducted vibration. In this regard, we use the feed trough segmentation to solve this problem, and fix one section of the feed trough on the conveyor, parallel to the conveyor belt. The notch of the other section of the feeding trough faces the notch of the previous section and is separated by a space of about 1mm to isolate the vibration transmitted by the electromagnetic vibration feeder, thereby effectively solving the problem of the workpiece being shaken.
