Its principle is to rely on electrostatic deflection, so it must be well grounded. If the grounding is not good, the accumulation of static electricity to a certain extent may cause sparks and fire. At the same time, if the grounding is not good, it may cause problems such as poor printing quality and poor ink dot splitting. Therefore, the printer must be grounded. 2. When the weather is hot, if the printer is not used for more than 5 days, the ink viscosity will become very high, which will easily lead to high pressure on the printer, abnormal breakpoints, and poor printing effects. The solution is: Add thinner appropriately to the ink tank before use. 3. Frequently observe whether the ink viscosity is normal. If the ink viscosity is too low, the ink is too thin at this time, which may cause poor printing effects and blurred writing. 4. As we all know, water is conductive in most cases. Therefore, the ink, solvent and cleaning fluid of the printer cannot be mixed with water. The printer needs to charge the ink dots accurately. Therefore, the ink of the printer is particularly sensitive to water. During use, care must be taken to prevent fire. Any used cleaning materials, such as wiped paper towels, are a fire hazard. These materials must be recycled in time after use, and treated in a safe manner. Do not use water to extinguish fires caused by electrical appliances. If you can only use water to extinguish fires caused by nitrocellulose ink, you must first cut off the power supply. 5. Regularly check the fan in the case to ensure that the fan is working properly and the equipment is sufficiently dissipated to effectively reduce the failure rate of the electronic system and other parts. 6. The ink and solvent of the inkjet printer are corrosive, so try to avoid contaminating the skin, eyes, nose, etc. If it is accidentally dripped, please quickly rinse with plenty of water for a quarter of an hour. If you feel unwell after cleaning, seek medical attention immediately. Most inks contain ingredients that are easily volatilized and are inhaled into the lungs. 7. When the machine is turned off in summer, it is recommended to clean the nozzle and ink path to clean the residual ink in the recycling pipe to avoid ink clumping and blocking the recycling pipe, which will cause the machine to be unusable when the machine is turned on next time.
