Large and small character inkjet printers are two types of inkjet printers with different working principles, and there are also differences in the consumables they use. In the actual sales process, customers often ask whether the ink of the large-character inkjet printer can be used with the ink of the small-character inkjet printer (non-cartridge type), and can small-character inks of different brands be mixed? And so on and so on. First of all, the large character inkjet printer ink is solvent-free and non-conductive. Small-character inkjet printers need to use solvents in their work. Solvents act as thinners. The ink and solvent are automatically mixed in a certain ratio in the mixing tank inside the machine. The machine uses a viscosity detector to determine whether the ink viscosity reaches the machine. The standard viscosity value set at the factory, only the ink that reaches the standard viscosity can ensure that the ink droplet is charged and the flying distance of the ink droplet does not show deviation, and it will not affect the printing effect. In comparison, the viscosity and filtration accuracy of large-character inkjet printers are much lower than those of small-character inks. The ink components of inkjet printers are generally composed of solvents, dyes or pigments, resins, conductive materials, stabilizers, and so on. Different brands of inkjet printers have their own corporate standards for the performance indicators of inkjet printer consumables in the design process, such as viscosity, particle size, conductivity, adhesion, PH value, corrosivity, etc. The consumables of different brands of inkjet printers cannot be used universally. Different models of inkjet printers of the same brand can't use the same ink. Different machine models have different ink formulas. Mixed use is prone to physical and chemical reactions to form deposits, causing damage to the ink supply system and nozzle blockage. The expired ink of the same brand and the same model cannot be mixed with the newly purchased ink. If the color of the ink jet printing effect is lighter, then you have to consider whether you are using the expired ink.
