At this exhibition, Arojet will make a grand appearance with its brand-new DF-330-HD digital label inkjet printer and its star product, the ilabel-330 digital label inkjet printer!
The newly launched DF-330-HD digital label inkjet printer (flexographic +WCMYK) adopts high-precision industrial piezoelectric nozzles. Its printing speed and accuracy have reached the industry-leading level. It can not only handle labels of various materials but also maintain excellent image quality during high-speed production, meeting the high-end market's demand for high-quality labels.
- Ultra-high speed: High-precision printing 1200dpi*1200dpi, printing speed 80m/min; The maximum printing speed of 1200dpi*600dpi is 160m/min
- Precise imaging: 1200*1200dpi high-definition printing, vivid colors, flawless details
- Stable and reliable: The high-precision servo lifting mechanism, combined with the PID control algorithm, ensures that the lifting accuracy of the platform is within 0.1mm. Replacing the lifting of the nozzle with the lifting of the platform reduces the risk of nozzle damage and avoids the impact of nozzle movement on its installation accuracy
- Brand-new automatic cleaning and moisture retention functions: The innovative automatic cleaning structure with the nozzle remaining stationary ensures the installation accuracy of the nozzle

The ilabel-330 digital label inkjet printer integrates flexographic printing, digital printing, hot stamping and other functions. It meets the demands of label personalization, multiple batches, small quantities, speed and flexibility, and also satisfies the printing needs of variable data such as variable traceability and one-code-per-item.
