The inkjet printer system consists of two parts, the control system and the air supply and ink circuit system.

The control system is a host composed of a computer control system, which mainly includes CPU central processing unit, EPROM memory, keyboard, programmer, etc. The photoelectric sensor receives the product movement signal and controls the micro solenoid valve nozzle to perform non-contact printing on the product. The air-supply ink system has two modes: external air supply and self-supply. The external air supply air circuit It is composed of air source-ink tank-nozzle; self-supplied air path is formed by ink tank-micro water pump-nozzle. Different products have different air supply and ink circuit systems. Some products use external air supply and compressed air; some products use self-supplied air; and some products use two air supply methods.

When the printer is installed, it must provide a good power supply (220V±5%, 50Hz) and a reliable ground wire.

If you use external air supply, you must provide clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to the ink system, and install a regulating valve.

The baffle design must meet the technical requirements of the inkjet printer. Generally, when the vertical distance between the nozzle and the printing surface of the product is less than 6 mm, the printing effect is the best; the maximum vertical distance should be less than 20 mm, otherwise, it is difficult to guarantee the printing The printed characters are clear and beautiful.

The inkjet printer has the best effect to adapt to the rotary packaging machine. Because the rotary packaging machine makes the packaging bags evenly, orderly, and azimuthally arranged on the conveyor belt conveyor, the inkjet rate can reach 100%. That is, each bag can be coded, and the effect of using the two-mouth packaging machine is also good. For the four-nozzle packaging machine, it is recommended to keep the distance between the four nozzles of the packaging machine a little larger when designing the packaging machine, so as to avoid stacking of the two bags, or the two bags are too close to cause the inkjet printer to leak. Regarding the operation of the current four-nozzle packaging machine, the operation should be standardized to prevent the occurrence of the above problems.
