1. Operate the equipment strictly in accordance with the instruction manual

During the use of the equipment, no objects are allowed to rub against the nozzle. The nozzle is the most expensive component, so maintenance is also a top priority.

2. Regularly check the shell of color digital printing equipment and wipe it clean

Prevent ink leakage from causing corrosion to the casing. Protecting the casing of the device can effectively extend the life of the device.

3. Regularly clean the dust inside the casing of the color digital printing equipment.

If not cleaned regularly, dust can easily enter the main ink tank and solvent tank, and then enter the nozzle, affecting the printing effect of the nozzle, shortening the service life of the nozzle, and even causing damage to circuit board components.

4. Replace with high-quality ink.

There are inferior inks produced by some manufacturers on the market, and their composition is unstable. No abnormalities were seen when I first started using it, but after a while I found that the filter was often clogged. The gear pump of the digital printing equipment is damaged or the equipment cannot print. It is best to choose the ink recommended by the equipment merchant. The special ink has undergone strict PH testing and has certain guarantees for the nozzle.

5. Clean the nozzle promptly after shutdown

During production stops and downtime, the nozzle should be cleaned with cleaning fluid. To prevent the ink from drying out and clogging the nozzles.

6. As the temperature rises, do a good job in safety

Solvents and inks contain volatile components, and temperature factors will accelerate the volatilization. The concentration of these gases will increase the risk of fire. Therefore, attention should be paid to higher frequency ventilation and indoor air circulation.
