A brief discussion on the development trend of inkjet coding technology in my country

my country's inkjet coding technology has developed rapidly since the 1980s. At present, more than 500 companies in the world have produced various types of inkjet printers, with product specifications ranging from tens to hundreds of meters, and a full range of varieties, including inkjet printers, laser marking machines, embossing machines and inkjet printers. Printer etc. Among them, there are mainly two types of inkjet printers used in my country: imported and domestic. Domestic inkjet printer products have better performance and are simpler to operate. The rapid development of my country's industrial production has put forward new requirements for inkjet printer manufacturing technology. On the one hand, it must meet the requirements of high speed and high precision; on the other hand, it must improve the quality of inkjet printing to adapt it to the needs of industrial production. Therefore, domestic research on inkjet printer technology is particularly important.

Inkjet coding technology is an automatic marking system powered by laser. It consists of laser, scanning mechanism, control system and nozzle. Through the computer control system, the laser is used as power to focus the beam emitted by the nozzle on the surface of the object to be marked. When the beam irradiates the object to be marked, the surface of the object to be marked is immediately vaporized under the action of the laser beam, forming a permanent trace. During this process, because the laser transmits energy non-contactly and irradiates the object to be marked, it has the characteristics of non-contact, non-destructive, high definition, and strong environmental adaptability. Since the inkjet printer uses laser as its power source, its working environment is very demanding. Especially in the food industry, it must be ensured that the working temperature of the inkjet printer must be below 40°C, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%, and there should be no dust or corrosive gases; and the air in the working environment must not contain any solid particles or fibrous substances. and other pollutants; in addition, the printing processing environment is also very sensitive to mechanical vibration and other external factors.

The emergence of inkjet coding technology has completely changed the traditional printing model. In the future, as the trend of informatization and intelligent development continues to strengthen, inkjet coding technology will also show the following development trends: (1) Unmanned production: Inkjet coding equipment will be more integrated into automated production lines. Realize unmanned operation and improve production efficiency and stability. (2) Intelligent printing: Inkjet coding equipment will gradually have more intelligent recognition and processing functions. For example, through image recognition and deep learning and other technologies, it can automatically adjust the content and position of inkjet printing to improve printing accuracy and consistency. (3) High-quality printing: With the continuous improvement of nozzle technology, inkjet coding equipment will be able to achieve higher-resolution printing, and the printing quality will be finer and clearer. (4) Environmental protection and energy saving: Inkjet printing equipment will gradually adopt more environmentally friendly printing materials and technologies to reduce the impact on the environment while reducing energy consumption and operating costs. (5) Diversified applications: With the diversification of needs, inkjet coding technology will gradually expand to more fields, such as food, beverages, medicine, logistics, electronic appliances and many other industries, providing more comprehensive traceability for various products and management services.
